This web site is a members only web site with restricted password protected access to the actual home owners only. All applications for access into this site will be checked & verified. If you are not a Malibu Beach home owner please don’t waste your time by applying - it will not succeed. There will be no public access whatsoever except for the 'guest pages'.

Should a home owner sell or move they will be deleted & further access denied.

Your details
Within the 'members section' we have already added commonly known details that was distributed with the community minutes. The extra details you can add are your email & contact telephone numbers if you desire. I suggest adding at least your email as this will aid communication should another home owner need to contact you urgently.

There are no details about your other residences for security purposes. It is anticipated that many home owners will choose not to register & not use the communication & information benefits of this web site which is fine & I respect your decision.

However, even if you choose not to input any advice or information for the guidance of others, you can at least view topical content of the week or month etc. I personally would urge everyone to register & use this site as I can only foresee benefits for the common good of all homeowners so that we can maintain & protect our community.

There will be a loose set of terms for the use of this web site & all content will be monitored & controlled by me (the Administrator). Any abuse, spamming or deceitful intent will not be tolerated & will result in removal. As we all have different skill sets, one home owner may be able to offer help & advice to another owners query. Any advice or replies given from one home owner to another is given as a personal opinion only without any responsibility or liability to that person whatsoever.

Other Languages
This web site originated in English & there are Spanish, French Swiss & German translation buttons available for conversion. I apologise for any deficiency in the translations which are outside of my control. There is no translation facility (yet) within the central members discussion forums although I am working on it.
